Background: Handy-Dad is a father-son duo handyman service provider. They wanted to give value and build trust with their email list but didn't know what to say or how to say it in an email.
Challenge: Reach and nurture new and repeat customers. Write emails that resonate with the Handy-Dad brand and audience. Select calls of action that will bring in new and repeat customers.
Solution: I created a Welcome email campaign containing 3 emails that Handy-Dad can enter into appropriate segments in their email platform system. I researched their customer pain points, audience, and brand voice. I chose words that compel the customer to take a desired action. I used storytelling to showcase the individuals behind the Handy-Dad brand.
